Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days after purchase.
Pre Orders and Made to Order Items
Pre order and made to order items have an estimated dispatch time of 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the item. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
Please note that shipping options such as Next Day or Standard Delivery are not available for pre ordered or made to order items. If you select Next Day Delivery at checkout, this will apply from the day your item is dispatched, not from the date you placed your order.
We cannot refund delivery charges for orders placed with the wrong shipping option.
Delivery Options (UK)

European and Worldwide Orders
We currently ship worldwide, including across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing times.
Please note that European and international orders may take slightly longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in your order total. Dressed by Stella is not responsible for any additional costs once your parcel has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@dressedbystella.co.uk with your order number and full name. We will contact the courier and do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Delivery Address Changes
Once delivery has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase, or email us urgently at info@dressedbystella.co.uk so we can update the address before your order is posted.
