Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date your parcel was shipped to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, free from any odours such as perfume or smoke, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please note that Made to Order items, sale items, and gift cards are non returnable. Swimwear must have the original hygiene strip intact and untampered with to be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal, which can be found in the menu on our website.
You will need to provide your email address and order number, then purchase a shipping label and post your parcel back to us.

Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation through the Returns Portal will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged and not reported to us upon receipt.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of shipment, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Worldwide Returns Policy
For customers outside the European Union, we also offer a 14 day return policy from the date of shipment, provided items meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above. Please initiate your return via our Returns Portal or contact us at info@dressedbystella.co.uk for assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dressedbystella.co.uk.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
This ensures you can secure your desired item without delay. Once your return has been processed, you can use the refunded amount toward your new purchase.
